On Sunday 9 September 2018 a commemorative Stone for Sjt L Calvert VC MM KOYLI was unveiled in Conisbrough. The ceremony attended by local residents and KOYLI members from the Doncaster area was organised by the community in Conisbrough.
Although Sjt Calvert was born in Leeds he spent a number of years living in Conisbrough. The official VC Commemorative Stone for Sjt Calvert will be unveiled on 12 Nov in Leeds at the school he attended.
