Mr Malcolm David Wilkinson - Late KOYLI and 2LI

It is with great sadness that I have to inform members that Mr Malcolm David Wilkinson, late KOYLI and 2LI, passed away on 19 Oct 2021 aged 73.

Malcolm served in the Signal Platoon of both the KOYLI and 2LI attaining the rank of Lance Corporal. Malcolm served with the regiment for 10 years before electing to leave and return to civilian life. Malcolm was a regular attender at the Signals reunions held in Doncaster.

Our thoughts and condolences at the sad time are with Malcolm's wife Karen, his family, and his many friends from the battalion Signals Platoon and from civilian life.

As the bugle sounds 'No More Parades' and you take your place in the FRV, rest in peace Malcolm. Cede Nullis.

The family have the services of a Bugler and Standard Bearer. The Association Secretary has made arrangements for Kev Fawcett and Tim Humphreys to provide these services.

The family have also requested no flowers and asked for donations in lieu of flowers. The donations, in Malcolm's name will be split between BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION and the KOYLI Association.

Association members are invited to the funeral and the wake.
