The M62 Bombing Memorial Service 8th February 2026 at 1100

The Service of Remembrance to mark the 52^nd Anniversary of the M62 Coach Bombing on 4 February 1974 will be held at 1100 on Sunday 8 February 2026 at the westbound Welcome Break, Hartshead Moor Services, HD6 4JX (postcode serves both east and westbound services, which are linked by a footbridge; use slip road between Junction 25 and 26). 

For those attending, cars are to be parked in the HGV car park on arrival (behind Starbucks) and car registrations to be booked at WH Smith’s shop.
