The Agenda and Minutes of the 2023 AGM can be viewed in the members only area of the Association website by those members who have already registered for access. . Any member who hasn't registered are able to request access by visiting the Members Only page and add the information requested. Documents are not to be shared outside of the Association membership or on any social media site
Please note that tea and coffee will be available from 1030 hours.
The AGM is open to Full and Honorary members, note of only full members of the Association are eligible to vote. Members are to confirm attendance using the online booking system of the Association website by 8th April to enable accurate numbers to be given to the caterers. Scan the QR code in the calling notice with a tablet or smart phone will open up on the mobile device the event booking page of the website.
On the booking form you must enter a valid email address, this can be of a family member. The email address is required to email you confirmation of your booking, reminders and updates about the event.
Any motions a member or branch wishes to raise at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Regimental Association Secretary by 8 April 2024. The AGM Agenda has been sent to Branch Secretaries, individual members where an email address is held in the members database.
