The Admin Instruction for all those who have booked to attend this event has been sent to the email address you put on the booking form. For those of you how have booked to attend but do not have an email address a hardcopy will be sent in the post.


If by Wednesday 28 September you have not received the Admin Instruction please contact the Association Secretary by telephone on the office number 01977 703181.

The office is generally unmanned as there is no Internet, landline or answer machine.  The Association Secretary visits the office twice a week to collect the mail and for any pre-arranged appointments.  The Association Secretary can be contacted on the mobile number or by email.
