You may be aware of the Northern Ireland Troubles Bill currently going through Parliament.  General Nick Parker (late RIFLES) has established a scheme whereby a pre-written letter can be emailed to your MP asking them to support an amendment which would only allow historic cases to be investigated if genuinely new and compelling evidence came to light.
