Minden Day Wreath Laying Service and Lunch 1 August 2025

11 July 2025 is the closing date for booking to attend the wreath laying and lunch.

As of 27 June, only 26 returns have been received. Of the returns received, only 2 are from the 50 calling notices sent by Royal Mail.

A complaint has been filed with the Royal Mail because we know that the return booking forms sent by five members, who paid via BACS, have not been received as of today. The Association Secretary has reached out to these five members to record their bookings on the spreadsheet.

Individuals who have mailed a booking form and cheque are asked to complete their booking online here before the deadline on 11th July. The Association Secretary checks the mail weekly and will inform members if their mailed booking form has been received.

As of the close of play on 11 July, the Association Secretary will not be contactable until 11 August.
