Our Association's annual Minden Day celebrations this year will be:
A Wreath Laying Ceremony on Tuesday 1st August at the KOYLI Statue in Elmfield Park Doncaster. This will be followed by a lunch in the Earl of Doncaster Hotel.
Our Minden Day Reunion evening function is on Saturday 5th August at The Grove Hall South Kirkby.
The bookings from members for both events are much lower than expected. The cutoff date was 24 June but we have extended this to 14 July to allow anyone who has been away on holiday to book for these events. This is the final opportunity to book. There is no facility to pay at door. If there are insufficient bookings after this date to make the Minden Day function on 5 Aug to a viable event it will be cancelled.
The invitation with instructions and booking form for both events were emailed to all members of the Association for whom an email address is held. Where no email address is held for an association member, the invitation with instructions and booking form has been sent in the post.

Booking forms are to be returned to the Rifles Regional Office in Pontefract by 14 July 2023. Completed forms can be emailed to yorkshire@the-rifles.co.uk or sent in the post.
