Brian Wilson ex KOYLI

It is with great sadness, that I have to announce that Brian Wilson KOYLI passed away suddenly during the morning of 10 Sep 2017 aged 75. Our condolences to Brian’s family at this very sad time. RIP Brian you did your duty to country and family take your place in the final RV. Cede Nullis.

Brian joined the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry Serving with them from around 1956 onwards and served with the battalion in Aden. Brian lost contact with all his Army mates over the years. He wasn't into Social Media or computers so wasn't able to re connect with anyone.

Brian’s nephew Stuart,, who says he was more like a dad than an uncle, had wrote “I'm really gutted he is gone as I looked up to him, he always told me how proud he was of my service. I was hoping that, because he/the family isn't in direct contact with any of his mates that we might come together the Forces way and people might, as a mark of respect want to either attend the funeral (dates to be confirmed) which will probably be in Thorne, Doncaster or they could send cards of sympathy to his address where his family will receive them.

Post to: Brian Wilson jnr. or Annmarie Wilson Graves
